FICA has developed several long and short term projects and workshops aimed at school children, young learners, and art educators to enable them to engage with contemporary art. These programmes have harnessed the possibilities of learning with the visual arts, initiating dialogues between spaces of exhibition and curious minds. Over the years, we have worked in collaboration and consultation with a variety of art practitioners and education professionals, along with institutions such as Vadehra Art Gallery and Asia Art Archive to create specially designed courses and learning spaces focused on specific outcomes for the participants. These educational programmes have also been further developed into learning modules, education frameworks to assist art educators, and other modes of publication for dissemination.
