The FICA Patrons Programme 2023–2024 marked its eighth edition, continuing FICA’s commitment to creating sustained opportunities to engage with contemporary art and its practitioners. Through in-person gatherings, exhibition previews, collection visits and conversations with artists, curators and collectors, the programme sought to encourage more sustained and informed ways of looking at art. The support of Patrons also remained important to FICA’s ability to develop its wider artistic and educational initiatives.

The year began with a welcome dinner at Shalini and Vivek Gupta’s home, followed by a guided visit to Museo Camera with founder Aditya Arya. In London, Patrons took part in gallery walks in collaboration with Tate, including a private visit to Yayoi Kusama’s Infinity Rooms and curator-led exhibition visits. In Delhi, the programme continued with a walkthrough of Very Small Feelings at Kiran Nadar Museum of Art and an exclusive preview of Delhi Contemporary Art Week at Bikaner House, bringing Patrons into closer conversation with artists, curators and galleries.
