In Interludes and Transitions
a presentation by Sabih Ahmed
on the Diriyah Contemporary Art Biennale
Wednesday, 1 April 2026
6 PM
At FICA Reading Room, New Delhi
For In Interludes and Transitions, Co-Artistic Directors Nora Razian and Sabih Ahmed propose to consider the world as a multitude of processions, shaped less by territorial borders than by itineraries, movements, and vectors of migration and exile. The curators envision the biennale as a choreography of historical fragments, languages, celestial, mythological and earthly bodies that resonate into new affinities.
The presentation by Sabih will elaborate on the curatorial process, conceptual framework and artistic projects, ruminating on how the world appears from the Gulf.
