Accessing Permissions & Images For Works By Artists From India

FICA in collaboration with the Center of Art & Archeology (CAA) at the American Institute of Indian Studies (AIIS)

This project, currently in its pilot phase, is jointly produced by the Center of Art & Archaeology of the American Institute of Indian Studies (www.indiastudies.org) and the Foundation for Indian Contemporary Art (FICA).

The aim is to build a comprehensive resource for authors, scholars, artists, at no cost for users. We aim to provide a centralised location for accessing permissions for copyrighted images of Indian artists’ works.

At its current stage, this website is in its ‘pilot’ phase, aiming to expand on partners and resources.
